Icon variation
For maximum flexibility, there are two versions of the Water and Disease Prevention logo/icon:
A: Syringe and water droplet
B: Water droplet only
You can use whichever version suits your campaign best.
Option A, the syringe and water droplet, emphasises the interconnectedness of water and disease prevention. So if you are covering a project that very obviously relates to disease prevention – such as the provision of clean water and toilets to a hospital – we suggest you use option A.
However, for a campaign focusing on access to water – such as the installation of a handpump or borehole for a remote rural community - you can choose to use either logo/icon. Use option B if you feel the syringe might be confusing or irrelevant in the context of your campaign.
